Nara Smith and Lucky Blue Smith Get Ready For Burberry’s Spring 2025 Show

I love the accent, the food,

which is an unpopular opinion.

I know Americans have an issue with British food.

I quite enjoy it. [Lucky laughing]

I'm just playing around with the zoom.

What are we doing, honey?

We're getting ready for the Burberry show in London.

Yes, I'm excited.

I like going to shows with you.

It's fun.

It's my favorite thing.

[dynamic music continues]

We both have matching leather trench coats.

They're burgundy red, so we're gonna

go for something, for the hair we wanted it up,

we didn't want it down,

so we went with like an undone type of updo.

And then for makeup...

A bit of a nod to the '90s,

kind of using taupie colors and matte browns.

Beautiful fresh skin as well.

We went to the US Open with Burberry.

And then they invited us out to London,

which is my favorite city.

So we were, I was so excited to come, and so was Lucky.

And it's been so seamless.

We went to a Burberry fitting yesterday

to get our looks, and here we are today.

When I found out Lucky and Nara were attending the show,

I immediately knew I wanted to do trench coats.

Nothing's more quintessential Burberry.

But I wanted to elevate it, and kind of heighten it a bit,

and make it a bit more cinematic in a way.

So we did leather.

And we did these berry burgundy leather coats.

The best part about our fitting

was the amount of accessories.

I think Nara tried on every single shoe in the fitting,

so that definitely helped round out the look.

With Lucky, there was a pair of boots

that he immediately gravitated towards.

So, between the two of them,

the looks head-to-toe are totally finished and polished.

This is actually the first time I've done this.

What are these called?

Cryoballs. Yes.

[all laughing] Yes.

And so it's cold.

And so what is it,

just getting the blood flowing to our skin?

[Petra] It gets the blood flowing, depuffs.

It gets the blood flowing, depuffs your face.

Wakes you up, gets you feeling good.

[upbeat music]

My getting ready routine is pretty simple, honestly.

A couple layers of skincare stuff.

So I do a serum and then a moisturizer.

And then I put this balm on

that I make myself actually.

And then that's it for my skin.

Sometimes I'll ice my face though, sometimes.

And then, yeah, just do my hair.

And then I'm pretty ready to go.

It's quick, effective and simple.

[upbeat music continues]

We're gonna go for the middle part.

But I kind of like the back of this, right?

Yeah.

[Nara] So that's what I sent him.

These are the matching

leather trench coats they're wearing.

Lucky's jacket's from fall, and Nara's is from spring,

but they kind of work together perfectly.

The way that Daniel reimagines trench coats is incredible.

The craftsmanship at Burberry is always top-tier.

Afterwards, we're changing into this velvet slippy dress.

Nara's so excited for it.

And Lucky's wearing a tux

with no shirt because they're going out.

They're having fun tonight.

[Nara] We're having far too much fun doing this.

You love London, right?

What do you love about London so much?

I love walking around.

I love seeing what everyone's wearing.

I kind of like the hecticness of it.

I love that you can find a cup of tea at a cafe.

I love a good hot cup of tea.

I love the weather, weirdly enough.

Apart from when it rains,

I don't know how I feel about intense rain,

but I do like a cold, gloomy type weather.

That's cool.

Yeah, I could go on,

but I feel like that's a good list of reasons why.

Yeah, the usual with some good texture.

[Nara] I love all the clips.

Are there a lot of clips in it?

Yeah.

I feel like I've nailed what my aesthetic is

and what I enjoy.

And I always do my makeup.

I'm kind of a control freak, like Thomas was saying.

I do like being in control of certain things

just because I kind of know exactly what I want,

and it's hard explaining that to other people sometimes.

So kind of nailed what I wanna do and how I dress.

But I do love doing fashion week, and going to shows,

and sitting with brands because it kind of adds

that other layer of experimenting,

and wearing things I usually wouldn't wear,

and kind of playing dress up, which I love.

I don't think it's as fun for me as it is for Nara,

but I still enjoy it, you know?

You definitely have a certain aesthetic though.

Like there's certain things you gravitate towards.

Oh yeah, I like very classic.

Definitely lean more towards like '50s, I would say.

People that I love and I love their style.

Like James Dean is one of them.

Did you think I was gonna be different than I actually am?

[Nara] I kind of thought that you were a little stuck up

before I met you, just because you're so handsome.

Really? Yes.

But then when I met you, I realized

that there was so much more to you,

and you're a lot more shy and quiet.

You were pretty different

from what I thought you were gonna be online.

Wait, really? Versus actually in person.

Yeah. Wait, how?

How did you think I was?

[Lucky] Your photos just seemed like you were this

street style girl, kind of bratty.

And then when you were in person,

you were just kind of shy and just this sweet girl.

Just a girl. Yeah, you are.

Standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.

[both laughing]

So my hair's nearly done,

and now I'm gonna go get my look on

and get ready for the show.

[Nara smooching]
