Is that for me? [heels clacking]

A Vogue tote?

With my name in it?

[jazzy music]

We do some, like, ASMR.

[paper rustling]

Okay.

Madelyn, Vogue has a challenge for you today.

Your tasked with styling three looks

utilizing your favorite pair of jeans.

First look, a polished coffee with friends outfit.

Second, a sharp work meeting look.

Three, a chic date night ensemble.

You have 60 seconds to pull the pieces you need

for each of these looks.

The racks are yours.

And time starts now? [paper rustles]

[upbeat music]

Wait, hold on.

I need to take my shoes off.

Okay.

Ooh, this is cute.

Ooh.

I don't know, I don't actually...

This could be cute.

I don't really...

Like, I don't know what I'm looking for.

I'm just looking for a vibe.

I feel so bad, I feel like I'm being so disrespectful.

Oh, no.

Ooh.

Manolos are cute.

Let's see.

Why am I out of breath?

[pictures clicking] [upbeat music continues]

Oh no, I have to put these back.

It's not for me.

I like these boots.

What speaks to me?

What, what?

[Madelyn scoffs]

Oh, I like you.

So far, I have a bunch of shirts

and so far I'm still looking for a bunch of shirts.

I think this is kind of cute.

How much time do I have?

Oh my God.

I don't know if I have the confidence for that.

Seven seconds?

Wait, but, okay.

Do I look like a Beatle?

Okay.

I'm back.

And I've got my hall here.

I don't actually know how I did, if I'm being so honest.

We've got like some John Galliano original

and some Manolo Blahniks.

We got some brat green cowboy boots.

So I think we can make something work for all three looks.

Let's go.

Let's go try it on.

Let's go style.

[funky music]

Okay, so this is my coffee date look.

This is a cute little Judith Leiber bag,

vintage Mickey tee.

Very fun.

Obviously my jeans, I like the wash.

It's like a light wash.

A Chanel chain belt.

These fun sunglasses

that I thought looked like the Empire State Building.

They're unbranded, which is the beauty of vintage shopping.

On my feet, I am wearing some very, very adorable

Jimmy Choo kitten heels,

but we're not allowed to see them

because I haven't gotten a pedicure and it's tragic.

But you can use your imagination.

They're very nice, very cute, very demure, very mindful.

My whole closet is mix-and-match vintage

plus pieces that I've seen on other people or friends,

like, structure pieces like blazers

or skirts or trousers.

And I mix it with vintage T-shirts.

I think it's really fun

to put all of those pieces and elements together

because then an outfit has a story.

I think I did well.

This is really cute.

I'm gonna bend the rules because I looked at what I got

and I think I might just grab these.

I am gonna use these for my business meeting.

Okay. [heels clacking]

[funky music]

Okay, hold on guys.

I'm un-cheating because I changed my business look.

So I'm putting the Choos back.

And we're going with very classy,

very simple Manolo Blahniks.

Point toe pumps.

Is that the scientific name?

Great.

Claude Montana sunglasses.

A Dior bag, an Issey Miyake geometric shirt.

It's very fun, very crinkly, very comfortable.

I would absolutely wear this to a meeting,

or I would wear this to a dinner.

I think it's a great all-around look.

I get a lot of style inspiration from the '90s.

Rachel Green or Monica Geller.

Sometimes you look at something

and you're not quite sure if it'll look good,

but it has, like, elements that are a little reminiscent

of those characters or what they would wear.

So it's always, like, always pull no matter what.

Just try it on.

It's giving business.

It's giving, Can you validate my parking?

We have gone on our coffee date.

We've had our business meeting.

Now we're gonna get ready for our date night look.

Let's go. [heels clacking]

[funky music]

It's date night.

Okay, we'll start with my favorite piece.

This is a Celine purse.

I have never seen anything like this before,

and she's coming home with me.

What is also coming home with me is this Vicki Tiel corset.

It's so cute.

It's got this little number in the back, but it's fake.

There's a zipper here.

My jeans, of course,

some shiny leather Jimmy Choo pumps,

and just some stacked gold jewelry, bracelets, necklaces.

Simple but flirty.

The goal for the date night look

is just to look hot for myself, not for them.

I remember the last time I had a first date.

It was one of those dates that just kind of kept evolving,

and it involved dinner and then, you know,

it was just one of those,

We'll just see where the night takes us and it was great.

And then if you get tired,

because it's been such a long date,

you can take a nap on your Celine bag.

Some perfume.

Ah, yes.

[funky music continues]

We film Outer Banks around, like,

six to seven months out of the year.

So my wardrobe is very, very different when I'm shooting

because I'm always really tired and I don't get out much.

So it's generally whatever is clean,

and whatever is comfiest and closest.

I usually look like a mess when I leave the house,

and I'm fine with it.

But when I'm back here,

I would say my style would be a little bit closer

to our getting coffee with friends look.

That's probably the closest to what I dress myself in

from day to day.

[jazzy music]

I feel like we pulled some really, really cute pieces.

Obviously we had a great base,

which is a good pair of jeans,

and we built around it.

And we made some very cute looks

that I think I'm going to bring home with me today.

Thanks, guys, for tagging along.

Thank you for having me, Vogue.

I love you. [lips smack]

Okay, gotta go.

[jazzy music continues]

Can I keep the Vogue tote?

What about, like, two kisses on the cheek

for the Vogue tote?
